Pure Steam Generator:
The IGPE make Pure Steam Generator is a unique concept in the field of generating pure sterile steam. The simplicity of design, operation and maintenance are the essence of this machine. The basic operation consists of continuous passing of D. M. Water, Boiler Steam at suitable pressure and works on inter-stage heat exchange thus produce pyrogen free sterile steam for sterilisation in autoclave, pipelines, reactors and also for humidification of sterile area where pure sterile steam is required.
Water circulation system including pump, piping, fitting, columns, seamless tubes and tank are highly polished or electro polished internally for sterile purpose.
All areas and concerns of complete machine are easily accessible to hand resulting through cleaning of machine.
