4) Wood: California Cedar or Chinese Bass wood
5) Texture (formula) of leads: N-S01 (extrusion process), EC, JEC
(moulded process) (we also do texture match)
6) Color of leads: all colors available (including color match) with/without
pearlescent effect
7) Painting: all colors in glossy or matt finishes
8) Printing: hot-stamping or silk-screen printing
9) Cap: metal (3 colors - golden, silver, black and 2 finishes - glossy &
matt) or plastic (any color or transparent) cap in different shapes (flat,
round, or cone)
10) Tests:
a) Dropping point-extrusion process: > 70o C
b) Dropping point-moulded process: > 50o C
c) High temperature performance: ?40o C
d) Stability test:
i) Cool down to room temperature after 24 hours under
40o C, still performs well
ii) Warm up to room temperature after 24 hours under
-18o C, still performs well
11) Shelf life: 3 years
